Build a Career You’ll Love at Tidewater
Tidewater Veterinary Hospital is looking for a small-animal veterinarian to join our team in Charlotte Hall, Maryland. We welcome veterinarians seeking either a full-time or part-time opportunity, with the flexibility to shape your caseload around your interests and professional goals.
Here, you’ll join a team of veterinarians and staff who genuinely support one another. Collaboration, open communication, and compassionate care are part of how we practice every day—especially when cases get challenging.
Our recently renovated and expanded hospital offers modern medical technology and updated in-house equipment to support efficient diagnostics, thoughtful treatment recommendations, and high-quality patient care. Our associates also value Tidewater’s strong staff-to-doctor ratio, surgical variety, professional autonomy, and collaborative environment.
A Schedule That Respects Your Life
We believe quality medicine shouldn’t come at the expense of a sustainable career.
Your schedule offers flexibility and is managed with you, rather than around pressure to prioritize appointment volume over quality of care. Small-animal veterinarians are not required to be on call.
Whether you’re building your career or bringing years of experience with you, we want you to have room to grow, pursue your interests, and practice medicine with confidence.
